Katia Abreu or José Serra: who is the macho of this story?
Only those who see problems in the term "flirt" would fell offended in being called so

Feminists supported the reaction of the minister Katia Abreu, who threw wine at Senator José Serra after he called her a "flirt". The minister herself told to the press that Serra was "arrogant and macho".
I disagree. If there was machismo, it was on the part of Katia Abreu.
Serra used the term trying to relax, without thinking he would offend his colleague. It converges, therefore, with the opinion of the feminists, for whom there is not no problem in being "flirt", to use the sweeter term. A banner of today's feminists, such as those participating in the Slut Walk, is precisely to convince us that there should be no prejudice against such women.
If Katia Abreu was offended with a term as innocent as "flirt" (innocent and even somewhat carole, which a grandmother would use to talk about her granddaughter), it is because she sees a negative meaning in it. This is machismo, Madam Minister! In order to really defend women, Katia Abreu should have replied "I never saw myself like this, but thank you". Or, even better, "I am, yes, very proudly".

The two feminisms
I already had in mind writing what I am going to say when I read this text, which is more illustrative than the author perceived.
Considering Feminism as the placement of feminine convenience as the measure of right and wrong for all social life, we have two feminisms: the Conservative Feminism and the Lesbian-Socialist Feminism.
Until the epoch of the Industrial Revolution or much later in the rural areas of Western countries, women were generally Puritan because it was useful to them. No one woman would like to have a labour accident or an occupational disease, and this was no rarity in the labour life of the developed or developing world in the mid-twentieth century. How much does it value for a woman to have a man to run those risks for her so he can at least put food on the table? With what power will this woman wellcome her husband with screamings and slaps if he comes home later, after he was with a friend or with another woman with whom he already has another child? And until a few decades ago, it was too dangerous for a woman to be a prostitute or to have a varied sex life because she likes it, even in developed countries. Dangerous due to the risk of pregnancy and venereal diseases, and dangerous because venereal diseases were much more difficult to be cured (as diseases in general were). Condoms similar to those of today even existed since the sixteenth century, like the one created by dr. Gabrielle Fallopio (he was male), but they were much less available, and were even prohibited in some places, like France and the United States. In addition to being much less comfortable, though, if I was a man, I would prefer an uncomfortable condom to an illness. Even if the woman did not want a life of wantonness, how much was it ADVANTAGEOUS for her to show her future husband that she would be an one only man's woman?
This was the Conservative Feminism. Who says, for example, that a woman was prohibited from working outside the home, by a parent or husband who supported her, starts out wrong by comparing the domestic life of the epoch with the office of a big city of the 21st century. Lesbo-socialist Feminism only appeared and grew where it seemed more convenient to the woman than a traditional family.
The main point in common of the two feminisms is the combination of contempt for male heterosexuality with the hatred against women who satisfy it even with a visual excitement. Before the so-called Sexual Revolution, which I called Femdom Revolution, young women who went out their house for fun used to be accompanied by male brothers; if a woman was approached by a man, this man could be treated rudely by herself, by her husband, or by a man of her family who was near; if she responded sympathetically, she was called "for fun" by other women; a man who serenaded a woman could be unwelcome by her ill-resolved illiterate father; a boy could not approach his own girlfriend until the wedding, sometimes he could not even know her; and when a boy achieved to deflower a girl, he used to be threatened with death by girl's brothers and father to marry her. Even after that epoch, prostitution and pornography, in addition to being sought after and hardly find almost only by men, besides they were criminalized, they received a crooked look by both the conservative ladies and the leftist feminist ladies. Where were the women who wanted to have a sex life and were repressed? Well!, cursing machismo and defending the criminalization of straight sex and the genocide of men.
Oh, and a woman does not frighten a man away because she's married, she does it because she's rude and neurotic, in fact. The attitude of this woman under the justification of being married is the same as the one of a young feminist under the justification of machismo. The conservative feminist lady sees a woman who is sympathetic to men, or really sexually available, as "for fun"; the leftist feminist woman sees this woman as an object.
Slut Walk, incidentally, was the celebration of the hatred against the criticism towards the mediocre woman. Very few participating women had at least one face of that they let a man approach them and escape whole. A man-friendly attitude could compensate for the part that there were not so many participating women who could even lead men to be physically interested. For those who have not yet understood that the Slut Walk WAS NEVER an apology for promiscuity: 1) the men participating had a very low level of masculinity, it is easier one of them to have fucked one of the others than some of the girls; 2) nearly all reference to straight sex was related to rape or sexual harassment.
It is not for free that the two feminisms lived together relatively well during the First Wave and the Second Wave of Feminism. Women could choose leftist militancy or being traditional housewives. Men generally admired one group or the other, thus either they were socialist anti-Christian feminists, or they were conservative Christian feminists. Only when socialist feminist women had already power enough to attack conservative feminist women an antifeminism that attacked a real Feminism arose, not a scarecrow made by countrywomen that was guilty of causing all young women to fuck with all men.
The end of the feminisms will only begin when the convenience of the mediocre and sexphobic woman ceases to be the standard of whoever claims to be anti-feminist. A woman has abandoned the feminisms when she hears a sexual joke without feeling degraded or offended. A woman has abandoned the feminisms when she does not find uncomfortable a man who looks at a woman sexually, and she also realizes that a man who thinks about heterosexual sex with her does not make her an object, since she is not a lesbian with a cock dislike. I have already said and I repeat: the difference between man and woman is sexual, other qualities, we have or we cease to have as individuals. Long live the licentiousness!
