Female sex workers' rights are women's rights, sex work is a men's right (for July 15, Men's Day in Brazil, and November 19, International Men's Day)

The criminalization of the female sex workers and the marginalization and crimes against them are not violence against women, they are attacks against men in general. The Nordic Model, in which the prostitutes are not criminalized and the clients are subject to fine or imprisonment, shows this more clearly, even anecdotally.

Why do conservatives and leftist feminists unite against prostitution, pornography and other sexual services? Because for the conservatives, man is the human of burden of the family (he is not the animal of burden because animal is who consumes the prostitution); for leftist feminists, man is an abject oppressor. For the conservatives, man should restrict himself to sexual life within marriage as if this was the best sexual choice for him, but this is because his very life is to serve his wife; for leftist feminists, man has no right to pleasure because he is an oppressor to be dethroned (according to the feminist woman, even literally killed).

Conservatives (especially conservative women) and leftist feminists see in a female sex worker a human being to be rescued. For conservatives, she must be saved from the sin and from the male lust; for leftist feminists, she must be saved from the society made for men. For the conservatives, the woman is the most fragile vessel; for leftist feminists, the woman is the only human being that matters.

But all this, of course, as long as the woman does not like to please men sexually, even though she herself shares this pleasure with them. In that case, the conservative Christian will see her as the servant of Satan and enemy of God and humanity; the leftist feminist woman will see her as an idiot who demeans the value of women and is f%$£@ng of the struggle against patriarchy.

I take this opportunity to record here my thanks to my employer for being my friend in this my work in A Vez dos Homens que Prestam (in A Vez das Mulheres de Verdade as well), even though he can not declare that he is my reader. Thank you also for not punishing me for having sex with my colleagues in the men's locker room. And I remind you that my invitation to join the group still stands. It is even for not to give him hassles that I do not even say in what city I live, neither here nor in social networks.

Demonstrating heterosexuality in professional life or in political life is dangerous both for men and women, but the motives are different. Men are not usually treated as human individuals. Women do, or a little more, because of Ginocentrism in general and Feminism in particular. A man who is married and has children does not even have the money he earns. And the sexuality is a thing of a human individual. A man can be reprimanded for accessing erotic or pornographic material on his workplace computer, or even on his own cell phone during work hours, as happened to a deputy in Brazil[1]. But a heterosexual woman may have problems not because of herself, but because she favors male heterosexuality. Let's see: an executive or a politician (male) can be reprimanded for seeking prostitutes, but none of them have lost their job because of it; but a woman can lose her job (any one) just because there are pictures of her naked circulating on the internet[2] or because she is or has ever been a prostitute or a porn actress[3]. But hardly a woman was fired or suffered hassles (at least without great consequences against the other party) for being openly lesbian.

When women were arrested, detained, physically assaulted, humiliated or even murdered for engaging in sex work, this may not have been because of an initiative of men as a whole, in the first place. The clients are men. And never a woman came into "life" saying that she was very mistreated in her life of daughter or wife and she said "that's it!, I will become a whore". Female sex workers who dream of a conventional wedding are almost universal rule. That is because there is some advantage in being a daughter or a wife, even of a horrible man. Therefore, machismo and misogyny do not explain violence against female sex workers. THIS explains why left-wing feminism does not usually defend these women, except, in general, striving for them NOT to do this work; as well as this also explains that violence against prostitutes comes mostly from married women or at their request.

Therefore, the men who assault or drive away the daughters who do sex work or even who have merely lost their virginity do nothing that give them any personal advantage. The only reasons that can make sense are to please the female audience (more precisely, the women who could not be debauched even if they want to) and to try to make the other men as frustrated as themselves.

Female sex workers' rights are women's rights. First, because the woman who finds it offensive or demeaning to be a woman or to be treated as a woman in terms of sex is not a woman for any practical purpose which is socially constructive. This is how we started protecting women from being harassed or raped by men (10 years ago in Brazil, another rape that was not of a woman by a man nor was it foreseen in the legislation) and we ended up arresting for rape men who only touched women on buses, hiring women only because they are women and even giving more time to women than to men to take tests in universities[4]. Second, because the right itself to be a "public woman" requires that the woman has rights as a human individual. Explaining to those who are not from Brazil, "public woman" was a synonym for prostitute here. Ah, "rapariga", that is a feminine of "boy" in Portuguese, has also been a synonym for prostitute in Brazil. The Feminist women say that they defend women's right to their own bodies, but, for example, I have brought here in the blog a Nina Hartley's fight with another feminist woman because of sex work[5]. But the woman's right to be a sex worker comes from the man's right to have sex (with a woman). Therefore, the female sex workers' rights are a matter of men's rights, because what is done against them and the "easy" women is to reach men.

Bonus

I had these words in mind, and happened three cases related with the subject.

A SporTV commentator, Wagner Vilaron, had a "controversial" post: a compliment to porn star Lexi Belle on Twitter.[6] He denied that he wrote that and he even said it may have been the work of a hacker. But why deny it? What is the problem of being heterosexual?

Antifeminism or death 5: "incels" are only in the beginning, women must stop being referentials

"Incel" is "involuntary celibacy". The term is not very new, it's in 1993, but it appeared in the "mainstream media" after a boy, Alex Minassian, committed an attack using a van to kill a dozen women in the United States (in fact, less than a dozen, were 10 people from 26 people hit).[01] If in each day of this year, in Brazil, two "incels" killed 12 women each one, it would be 8,760 femicides (there worthy of the name), and if the other homicides in the country were 55,000, 5,000 of these victims females, we would have headlines next year, in horror, like "women victims of homicide increased to 20% of the total". There in the United States, the proportions should not be very different. And that is a country that received a Muslim attack (or a self-attack told as a Muslim attack) and it opened the doors to Islamism. And who remembered "Diana, Huntress of Bus Drivers", a Mexican feminist who claimed she killed drivers to avenge cases of violence against women?[02] So, I just do not tell the traditional media to take it in the ass because it has a lot of guys who sympathize with the idea.

Not only the press, even some anti-feminist men are describing the "incels" as men who are disgusted with the female universe because they are not successful in sex life, and women move away from them because (literally) they are silly, boring and ugly. I will admit that this is true.

The "incel" would have two options: to continue with the same flaws (or to worsen, which I will show that is the same thing) or to make a effort of personal development. If these men do not develop themselves as persons, and if it is true that their hatred of women is a complex of inferiority badly disguised, hatred will self-feed. If these men take an attitude towards personal development, I will disregard here and I will assume that they will also disregard too problems like the preference of some employers for women or the commemoration of universities when men are a minority and some of them are expelled just because some sluts accused them of rape without evidence; if these men take an attitude towards personal development, they will perceive that almost all women are referentials, but referentials in the sense of Kinematics, they do not leave the place and they only serve to measure others. So either this man will remain socially rejected, or he will see himself as too much man for almost any woman.[03] But in both cases, one thing that the press and the news does not say because they could not, just some idiots that maybe have a YouTube channel, is that an "incel" had an unrequited love. And why is this point important?

Women who inspire a man to offer what he has good almost do not exist. In the everyday of the physical world, not even sympathy is something that the typical man can consider normal from a woman, even in a store-floor attendance. Any ghetto lesbian that barely can be distinguished from a monkey knows what a man must be like to be her husband, how much she deserves to earn as wage, how is the house she deserves to have, even how a man must make oral sex in her. And so much she knows what she wants, she ignores how other human beings have the right to be treated. Confusion of antipathy to man with professionalism or dignity of woman, paranoia of rape culture, depreciation of eroticism and pornography as male immaturity, divorce and alimony industry, criminalization of prostitution in some countries, all of this can lead a typical man to have a mild fear of the typical woman at best and hate at worst.

I do not remember if I said in blogs (on Facebook, yes): misogyny is not productive as a philosophy of life nor as the principle of any masculine movement against Feminism, but I, as a woman, can not condemn or refute the misogyny of who shows it. I could not even if I was a man. I also write here: I am more respected by declared misogynists than a feminist man in many feminist groups.

If an "incel" had to use success with women as a measure of himself as a man, instead of shooting or running over 10 or 20 women at once, he should rape the same amount one at a time and be arrested. I could give names of serial murderers and rapists who achieved to have lovers or wives when in jail, and who you reader knows (the crook, maybe the woman too). Some 10 years ago, I could recommend (as irony) he to go down morally and criminally as long as it was necessary to have social or professional status before he was 30, for him to fuck that hottie who today would call the police if he touched her in a shopping center; I just do not recommend it today because it is increasingly common anonymous women and decadent celebrities to say they have been besieged by wealthy, with status or famous men.

If the man is not an "incel" or of some group like the Real (a Brazilian male community focused on anti-Feminism and personal development), he is almost always a jerk, a gay or an almost effeminate. The attack on anti-feminist men only is good for ill lesbians (that's a pleonasm) and doormat men who think they please women, not just the worst sections of lesbian-feminism, with that. Thus, they will not even achieve anything that does not make it all worse. And the feminine universe itself will get bored of the genuflections of semi-effeminate men, that in the best part. It is not by chance that at the same time that the "mainstream media" demean the "incels", the "herbivores" and the antifeminist men in general, appear more and more women criticizing feminist militancy.

And how much is involuntary celibacy abnormal in a city where men and women can not even travel in the same public transport vehicle? Or in a city where a woman who has condoms in her purse can be arrested for prostitution? Or in a country where bumping into a woman is rape? Or in a country where increasingly the number of marriages decreases and the number of divorces increases? It is no coincidence, as I recalled earlier, that more and more women declare themselves antifeminists. They may be anticipating a time when even they may be involuntary celibates. The wave of "herbivores", men disinterested in sex, already includes married men.[04]

When we hear a woman saying that a woman also likes sex, she is a feminist with a ridiculous libido who regards male heterosexuality as a source of annoyance, selfishness, violence and rape, but she does not want to talk like the semi-illiterates frigid women from Catholic-protestants countries of the nineteenth century. Consensual intercourse can be reported as rape (by the woman) the next day or months later, with the only evidence of the crime being the woman's word. More and more women here in Brazil go to the gym to get more hotties, but they are no more sexually affectionate than their great-grandmothers. We've already had a series of sexy photos from women... to preach against sexual harassment.[05] [06] [07] It's been a good few years since women walk the streets half-naked to show off their interesting bodies (for men), but they reject the looks and approximations from men. But not long ago, some cities started to have even fines for men flirting a woman on the street.[08] [09] I asked in a feminist page, in a post about the "harassment begins after no" campaign, when are we going to have "yes" on that crap.[10] Maybe the "yes" comes too late, from feminist women who say they like sex (with men) and from women who call themselves anti-feminists. I was 14, 15, 16 years old and I've already had men who were scared of me because I made a proposal to have sex with them or to show my melons to them, this was in the last decade. How long will we hear about women telling she offered herself to a boy and he ran away? In the near future, there will be women "incel".

To demonize the "incels" is to continue doing what has already been tried with the criminalization of Men's Human Rights Activism or, in Brazil, with forged pages and fakes in forums in order to prove that men who do not accept lesbofeminism rape children and mistreat animals. It's a bit funny the title "antifeminism or death" for a discussion about men who killed women putting the blame on Feminism. This is the title of a series I started in January last year, and the first text was about decrease of birth rate.[11] In the appendix, I brought this pearl: "Man is convicted of rape for having sex without a condom without his partner knowing". You've never seen a man say that he was macho or clumsy and he was happiest respecting women, but you can see several men telling them they were nice guys and they were even treated better by women after showing contempt for the female universe. When deputy Marco Feliciano said "give respect for you to be respected"[12], the women who considered it a personal offense showed where the problem lies. And Feminism is the idea that the feminine universe is the ultimate instance for judging literally God and the world. Giving women the right to be referentials, who measure everything but themselves, will bear no fruit beyond more hatred, more fear in both sexes and less masculinity.

Twitter censors reference to Souad Faress' #FalseRape accusation

Imagine one night you are accosted by strangers, bound, stuffed into the back of a car and driven to a building where you are put in a cage. Your family has to pay ransom to get you back, but not until after your captors have interrogated you, accused you of a reprehensible act, publicly attacked your reputation, and threatened to throw you back in the cage as retribution for your alleged wrongdoing. It’s up to you to prove the allegation wrong, or it’s the cage for you.

No, you have no recourse for the kidnapping and mental torture. No, you can’t get your money back. No, you can’t even get your name fully cleared, and you’re going to have to fight tooth and nail to get it mostly cleared.

And by the way, you’re not allowed to tell anyone who your accuser is, because the nature of what you’re accused of makes that illegal.

Souad Faress, false accuser

That’s the position Mark Pearson found himself in when he was arrested and questioned over a rape complaint made by award-winning Game of Thrones actress Souad Faress. The accusation itself was ridiculous. Pearson passed by Faress in Waterloo Station in London. Afterward, Faress accused him of reaching up under her skirt and into her undergarments, and penetratively sexually assaulting her for two or three seconds. She claimed to have staggered and yelled, and that people stopped all around her. On behalf of the actress, Mr. Pearson was plunged into what he described as "a year-long Kafkaesque nightmare" of being arrested, investigated, publicly humiliated and subjected to a trial.

To secure a conviction, the state slowed down CCTV footage of their brief encounter in an attempt to make it look like there had been more time for the assault to have occurred, and Mr. Pearson’s attorneys had to fight to get it played correctly for the jury. Even slowed, the footage did not show any contact, nor any reaction by passers-by.

Viewed at the speed at which it was recorded, the footage clearly demonstrated that the assault was physically impossible. There was less than a second of time when the two were even close enough to touch. Mark Pearson was carrying items in both hands, and the positions of his hands didn’t change from frame to frame at all.

The jury in his case took 90 minutes to return a verdict of Not Guilty.

InBrief.co.uk reports that

Under s 5(2) of the Criminal Law Act 1967 (CLA 1967), (Wasting Police Time) it is an offence to cause a wasteful employment of the police by knowingly making a false report – either orally or in writing – to the police or anyone else that:

• an offence has been committed;

• there is a real threat to the safety of any persons or property; or

• they have relevant information concerning some police enquiry.

Perverting the course of justice

If a false report you made has particularly serious consequences, the police could charge you with perverting the course of justice instead, which carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment. Police are more likely to charge you with this more serious offence, rather than wasting police time if:

• the false report was motivated by malice;

• you continued to stick to your false story, even when there were ample opportunities to retract;

• you falsely accused someone of a crime and they were charged and remanded in custody or tried, convicted and / or sentenced;

• the person you falsely accused suffered major damage to their reputation;

• you have a history and/or previous convictions of making false reports.

Mark Pearson is not a criminal. He did not, by any definition, commit a crime, and yet he has been arrested, interrogated by police, jailed, brought before a judge, and publicly slandered as a criminal.

His accuser, however, did. In filing her impossible complaint with police, she wasted police time and perverted the course of justice. Equivalent crimes in the U.S. would be filing a false charge and committing perjury.

Souad Faress is not a victim. She isn’t even just a witness in a court case. She is a criminal… a perpetrator of Wasting Police Time, and Perverting the Course of Justice. She has not been assaulted, assailed, harassed, or even mildly inconvenienced against her will in this case. She wielded the justice system as a weapon of torture against another human being for a year.

And she got away with it. Not only did she get away with it, she was accommodated. She received victim’s assistance, including financial aid. At her behest, police rounded up and questioned a complete stranger, jailed him, extorted money from him, publicly humiliated him, and put him on trial. She was able to do this all anonymously – so much so that even in court, where the jury should be able to evaluate witness behavior to weed out lying, she was hidden from view when testifying.

No charge will be filed against her for her criminal acts. Her victim has no legal recourse to seek justice for what she did to him. He cannot even file a criminal complaint.

Her anonymity is still protected. While other crime victims are encouraged to publicly name their perpetrators, Mark Pearson isn’t even allowed to privately tell friends or family who victimized him.

That is the law in the UK; All of the mechanisms of the criminal justice system are reversed when a woman commits the crime of filling a false police report of sexual assault, sticking to the false story even when there are ample opportunities to retract… and then participates in the process as if her lie were true when the accused is charged, remanded in custody, and tried for a crime based on that lie, suffering worldwide damage to his reputation and mental torture in the process.

But that’s the UK, right? Outside the country, anyone can name Mark Pearson’s false accuser. I’ve named her repeatedly in this article. I’m going to do it again: Mark Pearson’s false accuser is Souad Faress, award winning actress, most recently known for her role as the High Priestess of the Dosh Khaleen in Game of Thrones.

I could jump up and down outside on my back patio shouting about it, naming her over and over like that character being stoned to death for Taking the Lord’s Name in Vain in Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and aside from odd looks from my neighbors and maybe a potential noise complaint, I’d face no repercussions.

I would not expect UK police forces to show up on my doorstep to put a stop to my perpetrator-naming antics. Nor should I, as the United States declared independence from Britain generations ago. UK law doesn’t apply here, right?

Apparently Twitter thinks it does. The site spent the last week suspending accounts over tweets, some a year or more old, naming Mark Pearson’s perpetrator.

I first noticed it when my account was suspended. The tweets didn’t even all get flagged on the same day.

I asked around and found that others have experienced the same thing:

UK law does not apply outside the UK. Twitter is not a UK company. It’s an American company with its main headquarters in the U.S. It should not be applying UK law to citizens from other countries, especially those which, like the U.S., fought a war for independence from the England… but in the name of feminism’s “believe the woman” narrative, that is exactly what is happening. An American company, in apparent deference to UK law, is silencing the speech of American citizens and people in other nations not under the UK’s authority, all for having the audacity to discuss the reprehensible behavior of a criminal.

If social media moguls wonder why they’re the target of so much public criticism, why they’re in the hot seat before the U.S. congress, why regulation of their business is under consideration, here’s a clue:

Governments do not like competition. Social media platforms presuming to apply any nation’s laws but those of their own to the speech of citizens in foreign countries are likely to draw the ire of those countries’ leaders, as well as their own.

The revolutionary war was triggered by citizen ire over government imposition of laws on the American colonies without any representation of the colonists in the decision-making process. Citizens here aren’t disposed toward tolerating the imposition of UK law on our speech.

It’s not surprising that Twitter’s administrators cannot figure out that it’s wrong to protect from criticism a criminal who spent a year exploiting loopholes in the UK legal system to torture another human being. After all, the perpetrator’s actions were in line with their publicly displayed political outlook. Their inability to distinguish themselves from a one-world government entity, however, is rather eye-opening. It’s almost as if, like Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, they’re actively angling for government regulation of social media.
