The Puritan-Feminism episode 13: a case of feminine intrigue that I heard on the bus

Good afternoon, my friends and my female enemies. Yesterday I was on the bus going home, about 11 PM, and listening to a conversation between two girls. They were not ugly, but they could only be more sympathetic. As I could notice to, it was some Facebook incident. The woman who was talking (the other just listening) was telling that a friend sent a congratulations to her boyfriend, for something he succeeded, in his Facebook profile. Still, she said: "she did it to hit me". I know this species: defends freedom and privacy, but only for itself. But what caught my attention was that she said the other took some pictures in bikini and posted on Facebook. Then that woman who was talking tells she showed her mother that photos and her mother said, "if were me, I'd thrust my hand in her face". And one more thing catches my attention: all this nitpicking only have women as "stars".

At the time I just thought: behind a woman who has troubles at work or in family for daring photos on the internet, is patriarchy, and patriarchy is mediocre women's stuff.
